Marketing Coordinator

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join the MBG team. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping the voice and presence of our three brands Witches Falls Winery, Eighth Day Cider, and Boxer Brewing Co.

This is a diverse role that blends digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management, offering the chance to work across wine, cider, and craft beer in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:

· Run and optimise Meta advertising campaigns.

· Manage, schedule, and publish content across all MBG brands social media channels (Instagram & Facebook).

· Produce regular performance reports on social media activity, using insights to support ongoing strategy.

· Capture and edit high-quality content that reflects the personality and customer experience of each MBG brand.

· Write and design email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo) as directed by the Sales & Marketing Manager.

· Design and produce printed marketing materials such as menus, flyers, signage, and table talkers.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date website and e-commerce content, including imagery, pricing, and product descriptions.

·  Respond to customer reviews and enquiries across digital platforms.

·  Liaise with external suppliers and the wider team to produce printed materials and dry goods (labels, cartons, brochures) managing design briefs, quotes and ordering processes.

· Support any other marketing initiatives by creating digital and visual assets using Canva and other design tools, as required by the business.

About You:

· You have proven experience running social media accounts understand how to create content that engages and grows audiences.

·  You have strong copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit different brands and platforms.

· You bring a solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including campaign optimisation and performance reporting.

·  You're confident using design tools such as Canva (or similar) to create compelling visual content.
