We offer a diverse range of programs to enhance physical and mental wellbeing and are expanding our services with specialised yoga for both group and private sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise, and deliver yoga classes for individuals and groups, adapting to various skill levels and goals.
  • Develop customised programs incorporating current trends and best practices.
  • Teach proper postures, breathing techniques, and sequences to build strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness.
  • Provide clear demonstrations, ensure safe practice, and minimise injury risk.
  • Assess progress, give constructive feedback, and adjust programs as needed.
  • Stay updated with yoga teaching methods and integrate them into sessions.
  • Lead or participate in workshops, retreats, and wellness events.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming practice space.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year teaching yoga to diverse groups and abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Weekend and evening availability.
  • Mandarin fluency preferred.
