About the role:

• Mixing, shaping, and baking sourdough breads and related products
• Maintaining consistent quality and standards
• Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
• Ensuring food safety and cleanliness in the bakery

About you:

• Experience in sourdough bread baking (commercial or artisan bakery preferred)
• Strong knowledge of fermentation, dough handling, and baking processes
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and in a team
• Passionate about artisan baking and producing high-quality products
