About us:
At Sound CBR, we're a collaborative allied health team of predominantly Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists dedicated to supporting women through every stage of life. Our focus is on delivering evidence-based, compassionate care for women experiencing hormonal changes, invisible illness, pelvic health concerns, are pre or postnatal, as well as supporting the transition through menopause. Despite our strong focus on women's health, we do see and welcome all bodies.
We have two parts to the business that continuously talk to each other, the practitioner/treatment side of the practice and then our lovely studio/gym space. The latter is where we offer daily classes of mat Pilates, reformer Pilates, Strength classes (specifically designed for improving bone density and increasing muscle mass), pre and postnatal classes and several yoga classes.
With the addition of Exercise Physiology this year at Sound CBR, this offering has continued to grow and we now require the help of another qualified Exercise Physiologist. We are searching for a practitioner who is passionate about women's health, understands the nuances of invisible illnesses, loves teaching group, small group and 1:1 classes, and enjoys creating tailored exercise programs that empower clients to reconnect with their bodies whilst working towards their goals.
