About the Role:As a Gaming/Club Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons while delivering friendly and efficient service in line with NSW RSA and RCG legislation.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:-
Providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive guest experience

Greeting all customers with a friendly and professional attitude

Answering customer queries about products, services, and promotions
-
Serving food and beverages efficiently and accurately in bar and function areas

Managing gaming services in accordance with club policies
-
Monitoring guest behaviour in line with RSA/RCG requirements
-
General cleaning duties to maintain a safe and hygienic venue
-
Handling cash and reconciling floats accurately
-
Complying with all club policies, WHS, hygiene, and security procedures
-
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
-
Strong customer service skills and a warm, welcoming personality
-
Excellent cash handling and POS experience
-
Current NSW RSA/RCG and Advanced RCG certification
-
Experience with TAB and Keno (desirable)

Previous bar or hospitality experience

Sound knowledge of a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
-
A team player attitude with the ability to work independently and under pressure

Familiarity with liquor licensing laws and club operations
