About the role

This is a hands-on position with our maintenance team. We offer a great working environment with friendly, quality-focused people in a growing company.

Duties working on the maintenance team will include, but are not limited to:

Handling all aspects of garden maintenance, including pruning, hedging, fertilising, planting, mulching

What do you need to be successful?

• Demonstrated Horticulture or aboriculture experience and willing to work in an outdoor environment
• Plant identification skills
• Able to use all relevant tools and equipment required for garden and tree maintenance
• Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate initiative and self motivation
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Fit and healthy
• Punctuality and reliability
• A current Driver's License
• Certificate III Horticulture or above is beneficial
