KITCHEN SHOWROOM CONSULTANT

This role is an integral part of the journey for the customer, where your exceptional customer engagement skills will be imperative. This is an exciting time to join this established team.

About the role:

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Develop and maintain relationships with a focus on the customer's vision

. Engage the customer on a practical and professional level towards their kitchen design/renovation.

· Full time 5-6 day week

· Be proud to maintain your showroom professionally at all times.

About you

  • A customer-centric approach
  • Professional presentation and manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Active listening skills
  • Experience in approaching customers in a retail environment
  • Kitchens/renovation industry experience
  • Must be available on a 5-6 day working week.
  • Previous retail experience would be an advantage.
  • Ability to use drafting software to create cad drawings.
  • Ability to work with other team members within the organization.
  • must have good Attendance & reliability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $24.95 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
