RNG Lawyers provides a wide range of legal services to help our clients achieve their business and life goals. We pride ourselves on being a local firm, servicing our local communities. Our Lilydale office looks after our clients in the Yarra Valley and eastern suburbs and our Carlton office services Melbourne's inner western and northern suburbs.

About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for lawyer with a minimum of five years post-admission experience. This role offers direct client engagement, a supportive team environment and a diverse range of work, including:

  • General commercial work
  • Business/share acquisitions and sales
  • PPSR
  • Labour hire
  • Commercial litigation, including debt collection

In this role you will make an impact by being lucky enough to support a diverse range of clients, from start ups and SME businesses to large complex businesses.

You can choose to be based at either our Carlton or Lilydale office, with some travel required between the two locations as required.

What We're Looking For
To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • At least five years post-admission experience
  • Strong technical skills
  • Experience drafting court documents
  • A collaborative team spirit

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A proactive attitude
