Our client is a reputable financial services provider, recognised for its consistent performance and strong results for investors.

In partnership with the CEO, this position will be responsible for delivering legal, compliance, and risk management functions across the organisation. The role involves oversight and advisory support on documentation, commercial contracts, agreements, and policies. Key responsibilities include negotiating, drafting, and executing complex transactions; supporting risk and due diligence processes; providing guidance on legislative and regulatory developments; and assisting in the preparation of corporate policies, procedures, and compliance materials.

This dynamic and multifaceted opportunity is ideal for an individual who excels in managing diverse matters, multi-tasking, and effectively engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, adaptability, and strong teamwork skills. Proven experience in managing multifaceted, fast-paced workflows and a track record of commercial awareness paired with a pragmatic approach is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, along with the capacity to draft clear, practical commercial advice is also required.
