About the Role

We're seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and create a positive in-store experience
  • Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain product displays and restock shelves as required
  • Work collaboratively in a small team, as well as independently
  • Uphold store presentation and hygiene standards

About You

You are someone who is:

  • Assertive, friendly, and reliable
  • Confident with customers and enjoys making their day
  • Comfortable using POS systems and handling transactions
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Available Thursday late nights and at least one weekend day
