About the Position

This position is a casual position
working in our Recreation Services Team. We are looking for a
proactive individual to help manage the Aquatic environment,
ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming space for all patrons,
contractors, and visitors. You'll provide excellent customer
service, handle admin tasks accurately, and respond quickly to any
emergencies or incidents. This role also involves maintaining high
safety standards and ensuring smooth operations in line with
service goals.

As part of a dynamic team, you'll
have the chance to identify areas for improvement, contribute to
team success, and promote a safe, positive atmosphere for
everyone.

About
You

We're looking for someone who
works well in a team, communicates clearly, and takes
responsibility for their actions. You're committed to safety,
respect, and providing excellent customer service, all while
maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Your ability to
adapt, embrace change, and continuously improve processes will help
keep our Aquatic environment safe and enjoyable for everyone.

As a lifeguard, you'll need proven water rescue and
resuscitation skills, along with the ability to stay calm under
pressure. You should be comfortable working on your feet for long
periods, maintaining constant vigilance to ensure the safety of all
pool users.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Current Provide First Aid Certificate
  • Current CPR Certificate
