About You (Essential Criteria):

You're not just good at admin — you get things done. You're organised, adaptable, and love a challenge.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• 2–3 years' admin experience in a busy office

• A trades or construction background, particularly with contract admin or pre-start experience (a big plus)

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong computer literacy and confidence with new systems

• An eye for detail and the ability to read house plans

• A team player attitude who also thrives working independently

If you're assertive, confident, and stay calm under pressure — while still bringing warmth and personality — you'll fit right in. Bonus points if you live within 30 minutes of Kardinya (and appreciate a good coffee).

About the Role:

In this busy, rewarding role, you'll:

• Liaise with builders, suppliers, clients, and subcontractors

• Manage scheduling, ordering, and documentation

• Handle rectification and warranty coordination

• Solve problems with confidence and professionalism

Your coordination skills, attention to detail, and customer-first mindset will make you an essential part of our success.
