Mechanical Tradesperson

Country Heritage Feeds, a leader in premium organic and specialty stockfeed manufacturing, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Tradesperson to join our maintenance team at our Pittsworth site.

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving plant and equipment to ensure smooth production operations. The role will involve:

• Preventative and breakdown maintenance on feed milling equipment
• Troubleshooting mechanical faults and carrying out timely repairs
• Working closely with production staff to achieve positive maintenance outcomes
• Using maintenance software to record, track, and schedule work
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures

About You:

We are looking for someone who has:

• Trade qualifications in fitting, fabrication, or a related mechanical field
• Experience with manufacturing or agricultural equipment (preferred)
• Experience using maintenance software
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
• Supervisory experience is highly valued
