Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Early Childhood Educator based in Leumeah, NSW. The Early Childhood Educator will be responsible for implementing innovative and evidence-based teaching methods, creating engaging learning environments, and supporting children's development. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, observing and recording children's progress, and collaborating with colleagues and families to foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere.

• Experience in Early Childhood Education and Child Development
• Skills in Planning and Implementing Educational Programs
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to Foster Inclusive and Supportive Learning Environments
• Professionalism in collaborating with colleagues and families
• Relevant early childhood education qualifications and certifications (e.g. Certificate III of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent)
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certification
