AI-Augmented .NET Software Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative
.NET Software Developer
who leverages
AI-assisted coding tools (like Claude, Copilot, or similar)
to accelerate software development, improve code quality, and streamline workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong programming expertise with the ability to
use AI tools effectively
to build robust, maintainable applications in a .NET environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize software applications using
    C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies
    .
  • Use AI-assisted coding tools (Claude, Copilot, etc.) to generate, refactor, and debug code efficiently.
  • Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient software solutions.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement AI-assisted workflows to improve development speed and quality.
  • Document AI-assisted coding practices and knowledge-sharing strategies for the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with
    C# and the .NET framework
    (ASP.NET, .NET Core, .NET 7+).
  • Hands-on experience with
    AI-assisted development tools
    (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, etc.).
  • Proficiency in
    object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture
    .
  • Knowledge of
    relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks
    .
  • Familiarity with
    RESTful APIs, web services, and third-party integrations
    .
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to validate AI-generated code.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with
    front-end frameworks
    such as Angular, React, or Blazor.
  • Knowledge of
    unit testing, test-driven development (TDD), and CI/CD pipelines
    .
  • Familiarity with
    cloud deployment platforms
    like Azure or AWS.
  • Interest in exploring emerging AI tools to enhance software development practices.
