About The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join the team. You will be responsible for:
- Behavioural support assessments
- Writing of behavioural support plans
- Providing behavioural support interventions including 1:1 support and group-based settings, in clinic, at home and schools
- Develop and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
About You
To be successful in securing this incredibly rewarding role, applicants must be able to demonstrate:
- Experience as a behavioral support practitioner or in a similar role
- Patience and ability to keep calm in stressful situations
- Ideally have Core BSP registration
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a specialist multidisciplinary team
- Ability to effectively communicate with parents and carers.
- A passion for helping children and adults with behavioural difficulties
