Nestled in the heart of the historic Hobart waterfront, you will find MACq 01 Hotel and the Henry Jones Art Hotel; a Federal Group luxury collection that combines premium accommodation with immersive, unforgettable experiences. Throughout the halls and across the walls of both hotels, you'll find engaging pieces of history, art and stories that connect our guests to the beautiful state of Tasmania.

What you can expect in a day in this role:

As a Kitchen Cleaning Attendant, you'll be responsible for keeping our kitchen areas squeaky clean and hygienic. This will include:

  • Wash dishes, pots, pans and utensils using industrial dishwasher
  • Perform hand washing of kitchen items as needed
  • Clean kitchen equipment, appliances and surfaces according to hygiene standards
  • Ensure all areas of the kitchen including floors and walls are clean at the end of shift

What you will bring to the role:

We need someone with excellent communication skills who can work well in a team, manage their time effectively, and bring enthusiasm to the job. You will be able to work independently, make decisions, and take initiative within our guidelines. You will be required to work flexibility across a 7 day roster.
