The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and values-driven Physiotherapist to join our multi-disciplinary team. Reporting to the Allied Health Manager and working collaboratively with nursing, lifestyle, and care staff, you will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services that maximise mobility, reduce pain, and promote independence for our residents and community clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for residents and community clients.
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy programs to maintain or improve physical function, balance, and strength.
  • Contribute to falls-prevention strategies, manual-handling education, and mobility equipment selection.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet all Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with nurses, care staff, and external health professionals to achieve best-practice outcomes.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.
  • Demonstrated experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community health.
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive approach to quality improvement and person-centred care.
  • Current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).

Location
