About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join a dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver psychological assessments, interventions, and consultations across various settings, supporting clients' mental health, resilience, and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments (including diagnostic, functional, and risk assessments) for adults and/or adolescents.
  • Develop and deliver evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, ACT, trauma-informed therapy) tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with other allied health professionals and clinicians to integrate psychological care into broader rehabilitation or wellness programs.
  • Provide consultation and liaison with referring clinicians, GPs, or case managers to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, outcome measures, and progress reports.
  • Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing professional development.
  • Contribute to the service's continuous improvement, including program development and clinical governance.

About You

  • You hold full registration as a Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • You have solid experience delivering psychological services in clinical or allied-health settings (in rehabilitation, chronic health conditions, or disability is preferred).
  • You are proficient in evidence-based therapies and comfortable working autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to liaise effectively with other health professionals and stakeholders.
  • You demonstrate initiative, are client-focused, and thrive in a collaborative working environment.
  • (Desirable) Experience working with referral streams such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare EPC/CDM or work-cover is an advantage.
