Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Practitioner at Quinn Street Clinic, located in Numurkah, VIC. The General Practitioner will be responsible for examining and treating patients, diagnosing illnesses, and providing advice on healthcare and prevention. Daily tasks include managing patient consultations, conducting medical assessments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care. The role also involves prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic tests, and maintaining detailed patient records.
Qualifications
- Medicine, Primary Care, and Family Medicine skills
- Nursing and Training experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in patient education and preventive care
- Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Relevant medical degree and completed residency training
