RCS TRAFFIC SOFTWARE SUPPORT

About the role

A unique opportunity exists to join the RCS Australia Support Team. We are looking for a team player to service the ever-increasing number of clients using our industry leading broadcast software. If you love helping people and enjoy solving problems, this full-time gig might be just the thing for you.

Here's an overview of what this role involves:

  • Helping clients troubleshoot and fix issues with our RCS Traffic software.
  • Collaborating with clients and teammates to sort out technical questions quickly and clearly.
  • Keeping track of support conversations and sharing helpful tips to improve our knowledge base.

About you

Here's what we're looking for in the right candidate:

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Collaborative outlook and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Teams.
  • Experience in the radio or broadcast industry.
  • Familiarity with RCS software products, including Aquira, is preferred.

This role involves working from the office and home. Our office is in North Sydney.
