About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced gardener – Developing team leader for our garden maintenance department.

You will require good horticultural knowledge to be successful in this position.

As the successful applicant, you will take a leading role in our team, working in some of Melbourne's Best Gardens, performing complete garden care for our clients.

This role comes with a company provided work vehicle.

Skills & Experience:

• 3 years of high-end garden maintenance experience.
• Certificate III in Horticulture or higher.
• Strong and detailed horticultural knowledge is needed.
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm.
• Good work ethic - punctual, reliable and honest.
• A friendly, outgoing manner, with sound communication skills.
• An eye for detail.
• Experience with irrigation systems and soft-landscaping is considered advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
