The Opportunity

ROUSSOS is currently recruiting for multiple Contract Administrators to join one of South Australia's most significant, long-term infrastructure programs. Whether you are currently working contractor-side or client-side, this is a rare opportunity to step into a well-remunerated role that offers real career stability, learning, and work-life balance, with a project pipeline secured for the next 10–15 years.

This program has brought together some of the state's most respected commercial and delivery leaders, with a strong team-based culture and structured development pathways designed to support your career goals. You will be based in a modern CBD office and enjoy a 9-day fortnight as standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial and contractual aspects throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Support budget management, forecasting, and project reporting
  • Administer variations, payment claims, and contractual compliance
  • Prepare and manage documentation and correspondence
  • Work closely with Project Directors, contractors, and consultants across multiple infrastructure projects
  • Contribute to risk management, governance, and high-level commercial decisions

Who We Are Looking For

  • Contract Administrators with 3+ years' experience (contractor or client-side)
  • Proven understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Australian Citizenship (required for security clearance)
  • A team-focused mindset and ability to work in a structured, professional environment
