Synergie Australia is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator for our client in State Government located in Townsville, QLD.

What you will be required to do:

Play a vital role in improving the mental health and wellbeing of veterans and their families through impactful, trauma-informed care.

  • Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based clinical support and care plans.
  • Coordinate referrals and collaborate with DVA, ADF, and community partners.
  • Maintain accurate client records and contribute to service improvement.
  • Participate in supervision, CPD, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support group programs, community outreach, and program evaluation.

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Tertiary qualifications in psychology, social work, counselling, or similar.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in trauma-informed care, risk assessment, and crisis response.
  • Excellent organisational and IT skills.
  • Eligibility for a Working with Vulnerable People or Working with Children check.
