About the RoleAs a Contracts Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing residential sale contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent communication between all parties. Key Responsibilities- Process listings and contracts of sale with precision and compliance
- Liaise with solicitors, agents, and clients throughout the contract process
- Maintain accurate property and contract data within internal systems
- Conduct title and company searches and identify any issues
- Prepare settlement documentation and manage trust account transactions
- Provide compliance guidance and support to agents
- Assist with departmental reporting, projects, and team initiatives
- Experience in real estate administration or contract coordination (highly regarded)
- Sound understanding of property legislation and financial administration processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
