Customer Lending Associate

What you'll do:
Working effectively with bankers and senior bankers to support loan fulfilment.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Partner or assist in the creation and preparation of lending submissions, including obtaining and collation of information from customers.
- Perform credit analysis, financial modelling and interpretation of customer's financial information
- Demonstration of professional and ethical behaviour by ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures
- Delivering a superior customer experience by managing the end-to-end lending process, maintaining accountability and engaging the necessary internal and external contacts
- Support bankers with portfolio management activities including covenant monitoring
- Strong customer communication skills and relationships to progress transactions and build advocacy
- Contributing to, and actively participating in, team meetings, continuous improvement practices and sharing of skills and knowledge
The details
- Competitive Pay: $42.13 per hour plus superannuation
- Contract length: 12 months
- Start date: Jan 2026
- Business Hours: Work 8:30AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday
- Location: 395 Bourke Street, CBD. 8 weeks in office full-time and then hybrid with 3 days in office
