The Role

We are seeking an inspiring and relational English Teacher to join our dedicated team of educators from the beginning of the 2026 academic year.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic Secondary Teacher who:

• Has experience teaching English across Years 7–12, with VCE Literature experience highly regarded
• Designs engaging, evidence-based learning experiences that foster critical thinking, creativity, and a genuine love of literature
• Builds strong, positive relationships with students and colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive school culture
• Demonstrates passion for girls' education and a commitment to nurturing the growth of the whole person
• Models curiosity, reflection, and a love of lifelong learning

At the heart of this role will be a teacher who will have a natural rapport with staff and students and have the ability to engage students and inspire them to achieve their best. The appointee will be an articulate, inspiring role model, fostering and cultivating the love of learning in their students
