We have a dedicated staff of extraordinary teachers who work together in collaboration to achieve consistently excellent results for all our students. If you are looking for a welcoming place to work with committed and talented educators in a wonderful learning community, then St Mary's would love to hear from you. We are a relatively small College proud of the excellence in learning we achieve. Our staff have high expectations of student learning and are supported to deliver high quality learning and teaching.

We strive to support our students holistically; educating head, heart, body and spirit. Our Catholic Christian faith is grounded in the charisms of the Christian Brothers (Edmund Rice) and the Sisters of Mercy (Catherine McAuley) and underpins the values and actions of staff and students. We actively support our students' growth through our approach to Pastoral Care and focussed well-being programs. We offer many opportunities for staff to be involved with extra-curricular activities through camps, retreats, sports and clubs.

The Wide Bay region is a beautiful area of SE Queensland; offering an enviable lifestyle many rural or seaside options for living within a 30-minute commute of Maryborough. We look forward to receiving an application from interested future employees. Explore our school website to learn more about us.
