About the role

Mainstream Industries Pty Ltd is seeking a part-time Storesperson/Yardman to join our team in Singleton, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and organised management of our warehousing and distribution operations, playing a vital part in supporting the broader manufacturing and logistics functions of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Receiving, storing, and dispatching a variety of goods and materials
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Operating forklift and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of trucks and containers
• Performing general warehousing duties such as housekeeping and site maintenance
• Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar storesperson, yardman or warehousing role
• Forklift licence and experience operating material handling equipment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness to perform the duties of the role
