Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Maintenance Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking a Maintenance professional with leadership skills, experience managing a team and stakeholder management. This role will see you assist the General Manager in providing professional maintenance services, running day to day operations, minor capital improvements, installation programs and improvements to the grounds. You will manage a team of handypersons and landscapers to achieve timely and professional results in maintenance requests.

Key Duties

  • Liaise between the hotels and technical services department for outstanding works.
  • Liaise and Obtain quotes from suppliers for material needed to ensure the efficient operation of the hotel.
  • Provide day-to-day direction, guidance, and training to staff
