The Role
As a Sales Associate, you'll be teamed with the Selling Directors to support and learn from them. It's an end-to-end role, where you will assist with everything from the administrative tasks, marketing, buyer and seller guidance, inspections, showings, prospecting, diary management, negotiations, all the way to settlement and post-sale client management and retention.

  • A willingness to put in the time and energy to learn, develop and succeed

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

  • A current real estate registration (or willingness to obtain)

  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

  • Have polished and professional verbal & written communication skills

  • A desire for a career, not just a job
