CR Carpentry, a family-run construction business operating under the Harpray Family Trust, is currently seeking a qualified Carpenter to join our growing team. Based in Mandurah, WA, we specialise in the installation of pre-fabricated steel wall frames, roof trusses, and cladding systems. With a strong pipeline of work, we're looking for someone who values long-term employment and takes pride in their craft.

As a Carpenter at CR Carpentry, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality construction outcomes. You'll be responsible for:

• Installing pre-fabricated steel wall frames and roof trusses according to plans.
• Operating power tools and construction equipment safely and effectively.
• Working collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards.
• Installing roof battens, ceiling channels, fascia, and soffit linings as required.
• Keeping your workspace clean, safe, and organised.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Carpenter.
• A Certificate III in Carpentry.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• The ability to read and interpret floor and installation plans.
• A reliable, hard-working attitude, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Experience in steel construction is desirable—but we are willing to train the right candidate.
