We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to take on the full-time role of

Cafe Supervisor(Full-Time/Casual). This position involves managing our store operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both customer service and sales, along with strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

As Cafe Supervisor:

⁠ ⁠Oversee and manage the daily operations of the cafe store, ensuring all processes are efficient and effective.

⁠ ⁠Lead, mentor, and train store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

⁠ ⁠Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

⁠ ⁠Manage inventory, coordinate product displays, and maintain cleanliness and safety within the store.

⁠ ⁠Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring all interactions are respectful.

⁠ ⁠Monitor sales performance, analyze store metrics, and report to management, offering insights for continuous improvement.

⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.

Qualifications:

⁠ ⁠Experience in retail management, particularly within the Cafe or food industry.

⁠ ⁠Proven experience in customer service, particularly in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

⁠ ⁠Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

⁠ ⁠Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and balance the responsibilities of the cafe. Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
