We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to take on the full-time role of
Cafe Supervisor(Full-Time/Casual). This position involves managing our store operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both customer service and sales, along with strong leadership skills.
This full-time role provides award rates, opportunities for career advancement, and a balanced work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
As Cafe Supervisor:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the cafe store, ensuring all processes are efficient and effective.
Lead, mentor, and train store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.
Manage inventory, coordinate product displays, and maintain cleanliness and safety within the store.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring all interactions are respectful.
Monitor sales performance, analyze store metrics, and report to management, offering insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience in retail management, particularly within the Cafe or food industry.
Proven experience in customer service, particularly in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and balance the responsibilities of the cafe. Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
