We're seeking an experienced Electrician to join our Deniliquin team. You'll support electrical operations across the plant, balancing planned maintenance with urgent breakdowns, and contributing to safety, quality, and production goals

What You'll Do

  • Conduct planned maintenance activities across multiple sites.
  • Diagnose faults and proactively manage equipment and process breakdowns
  • Perform root cause analysis and contribute to process improvements
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve plant reliability and efficiency
  • Follow safe work practices and coach apprentices
  • Participate in Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Complete all required safety, quality, and maintenance documentation and system entries
  • Support a high-performance culture focused on safety, teamwork, and operational excellency

What You'll Bring

  • NSW Electrical Trade Qualification & License
  • Driver's License
  • Strong fault-finding, safety focus, and teamwork skills

Bonus Skills

  • PLC programming, mechanical aptitude, computer literacy

Hours
This is a full-time role on a three-week rotational shift, operating 24/5:

  • Week 1: Monday – Friday, 6am – 2pm
  • Week 2: Monday – Friday, 2pm – 10pm
  • Week 3: Monday – Friday, 10pm – 6am

Availability for extended hours during harvest periods may be required, in line with fatigue management guidelines.
