About The Role
We're looking for a proactive and passionate Health & Wellbeing Safety Advisor to join our team, based in Leeton and supporting both the Leeton and Deniliquin sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence and uplift our HWSE culture and capability across key operations.
You'll be a trusted coach and subject matter expert, working closely with site leaders to embed contemporary health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental practices. Your insights will help shape a safer, healthier, and more engaged workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and support line leaders to meet HWSE legislative obligations and manage critical risks
- Build capability and drive a modern approach to HWSE across the sites
- Deliver training and upskilling programs for supervisors and leaders
- Analyse data trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Recommend enhancements to the Group HWSE framework
About You
- Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (or working towards it)
- 2–3 years' experience in a similar HWSE role, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing
- Willingness to travel between Leeton and Deniliquin sites
- Current driver's licence
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Passionate about building a strong safety culture
