Academe Manager

We are looking for an Academe Manager to join our Operations pillar and drive the strategic direction, design, and delivery of Access4's Academe function – the heart of our global learning, onboarding, and partner enablement programs.
The RoleAs Academe Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute the global Academe strategy, aligning with organisational goals.
- Lead the design and delivery of partner onboarding frameworks and capability-building programs.
- Manage and enhance learning pathways for both internal teams and external partners.
- Oversee our Learning Management Systems (Absorb), Knowledge Base (HelpJuice), Pendo and other platforms.
- Create and maintain engaging training content – from eLearning and certifications to webinars, videos, and live training.
- Drive engagement through our Partner Rewards Program and community initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 27001, and global privacy requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of 3-5 professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
You're a strategic and hands-on leader with a passion for learning, enablement, and partner engagement. You'll bring:
Qualifications (desirable):
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent.
- Tertiary qualifications in Education, Organisational Development, Marketing, or related field.
Work Eligibility:
- Must have the right to work in Australia without sponsorship
- May require background checks in line with ISO compliance requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years proven success managing corporate Learning & Development or training functions (SaaS/telco/channel highly regarded).
- At least 3+ years experience delivering global onboarding and engagement programs.
- Minimum 3+ years strong leadership background in scaling or fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in blended learning solutions (classroom, eLearning, virtual).
- Experience in customer success, partner management, or corporate training roles will also be considered
Essential Skills:
- Instructional design and adult learning expertise
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (Absorb experience preferred)
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Articulate, Camtasia, HelpJuice
- Analytical mindset with commercial acumen
- Approachable, collaborative, and culturally aware.
- Able to simplify complex technical concepts and deliver them in an engaging way.
