About the role:

Terry White Chemmart Westlands is currently recruiting for a Dispensary Technician looking for an innovative, challenging and highly rewarding position in a supportive and collaborative work environment. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure that the successful candidate will thrive in their new role.

The Dispensary Technician role will include:

• Assisting the pharmacist in the dispensary;
• Stock Ordering & unpacking of dispensary lines;
• Providing appropriate information and advice to customers on OTC medicines;
• Maintaining order and cleanliness of the dispensary;
• Providing exceptional customer service in the dispensary as well as the front of the shop when needed;
• Webster packing as required.

About You:

To be successful in applying for this opportunity, you will ideally possess the following

• Willingness to Learn
• Strong Pharmacy product knowledge, including S2/S3 medications;

• Excellent computer skills;

• Exceptional customer service skills- you will surprise and delight our customers - every day;

• Reliable and enthusiastic work ethic;

• Adaptability and willingness to work as part of a team;
• Excellent communication skills.
