About the role
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on critical infrastructure projects across New South Wales?
The NSW Public Works Survey team is leading the way in delivering high-quality surveying solutions that support the development of essential government infrastructure.
As a valued member of our team, you'll work alongside experienced Senior Registered and Technical Surveyors to support a wide variety of surveys including topographic, cadastral, laser scanning, aerial drone, monitoring, heritage preservation across diverse project environments.
You'll also take ownership of less complex surveys, manage equipment and vehicle maintenance, contribute to project planning, and uphold our strong safety standards.

About You
To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will have the following:
- Tertiary qualifications (TAFE or University) in Surveying and experience in the Surveying industry. We may also consider candidates that are working towards their qualifications.
- Demonstrated experience in using modern survey instrumentation and application of surveying principles
- A valid NSW Driver's licence and willingness to travel within NSW which will include overnight stays
