The Company:

We are a family owned business who have been operating since 1962 & is well known throughout Australia as the manufacturer of choice for high quality, polished aluminium products. From its reputation, the business moved into aluminium bull bars using structural grade materials. The production floor delivers high quality handmade bull bars & similar products for a range of large vehicles, encompassing the use of robotic folding and welding apparatus. The Company prides themselves on looking after their workers & creating a quality work environment with flexible start and finish times.

The position requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Experience in Aluminium Fabrication of bull bars
  • Maintaining stock inventory and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Conducting quality assurance audits of customer product to ensure meeting high standards
  • Strictly following all required safety procedures

To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following:

  • Trade qualified
  • Strong MIG welding skills are essential
  • Welding tickets would be a bonus but not essential
  • CNC machine operation experience would be a bonus but not essential
  • A forklift license would be a bonus but not essential
  • Team player with the ability to build relationships with all levels of personnel
  • Can-do attitude and an ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Reading & Interpreting drawings
  • Ability to maintain a clean work area & good organisation skills

Hours:

5am-3:10pm, Tuesday to Friday, open to flexible start and finish time
