The Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to join our Parking Product team and take ownership of part of the cloud platform, which forms a key part of the global Park Assist solution.

In this role, you'll define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the platform, ensuring it delivers reliable, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences for our customers and internal teams.

You'll work closely with our Parking Product Director and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Operations to deliver cloud solutions that drive operational excellence and elevate the parking experience worldwide.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, balancing long-term product vision with practical delivery (~30% planning and discovery, ~70% execution).

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with TKH Security's global Parking Solution.
• Translate market trends, customer insights, and business goals into a clear product vision and actionable roadmap.
• Define and track product success metrics, including adoption, engagement, performance, and commercial outcomes.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of the customer facing platform, from concept and development to launch, iteration, and decommissioning.
• Lead discovery and validation for new initiatives through user research, prototypes, and business case evaluation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery using agile best practices.
• Act as the primary liaison for the platform across internal teams, clients, and resellers, gathering feedback, driving adoption, and ensuring alignment.
• Champion the platform in customer sessions, roadmap presentations, and internal forums.
• Ensure compliance with global standards (e.g. GDPR, ISO27001) and maintain strong documentation, governance, and security practices.

What You'll Need

We're looking for someone who combines strategic product thinking with strong technical understanding, who's confident leading complex cloud platforms and collaborating across diverse teams.

• Strong experience (8+ years) in Product Ownership or Product Management, ideally across SaaS, Cloud, or Enterprise applications.
• Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder cloud platforms end-to-end, from concept to adoption.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern software delivery (CI/CD, APIs, microservices).
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple product modules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively translate between technical and commercial contexts.

Desirable:

• Experience in B2B SaaS, IoT ecosystems, or connected infrastructure.
• Familiarity with data architecture, analytics, and UX design principles.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid product development environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Product Management, Business, or Innovation are desirable.
