The warmer weather is here, and that means we're busier than ever We're looking for a Bubble Tea Team Member to join our Gong Cha family in Bathurst.

What we're looking for:

  • Well-presented, friendly, and customer-focused
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to work both independently and in a team
  • Quick learner who can keep up in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available weekdays during school hours (9am–4pm)
  • Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience required

Hours:

10–15 hours per week (mainly weekday shifts between 9–4)

What you'll be doing:

  • Making and serving our bubble tea
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Keeping the store tidy and welcoming
