Main Purpose of the Job

Working alongside other Product Manager, you will assist in guiding the development of our Saas software using Agile/Scrum methodologies and work closely with development team to ensure that business, quality, and functional goals are met for each release. You will build an excellent working relationship with the key stakeholders to translate the requirements, form the product backlog and prioritize requirements to give business value and represent the client's needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria

  • Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned product, balancing the requirements of stakeholders

  • Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement

  • Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks

  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product

  • Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals

  • Work closely with the Product Manager to identify, select and prioritize features in alignment to the Product vision and lead the execution of the Product(s) roadmap

  • Conduct and facilitate workshops to elicitate and elaborate requirements for selected features and projects.

Skills, Qualifications & Competence Level

Qualifications/Education Required

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, engineering, or related field

Experience Required

  • 2+ years' experience in a Product Owner role or equivalent.

  • Experience in HR technology, SaaS products, desirable

  • Experience working in an agile environment

  • CSPO certified, desirable
