Powder Coating Specialist – Full-Time

Action Alliance are seeking a reliable and energetic team member to join our specialised Powder Coating Department. This is a full-time role with an immediate start for the right candidate.

About the Role

You'll be working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment where quality and teamwork are key. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing surfaces for optimal coating application
• Applying powder coatings in a variety of colours
• Maintaining coating equipment and tools
• Assisting with general operations across the business
• Performing manual labour tasks (must be physically fit)

What You'll Need

We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Key requirements include:

• Powder coating experience (training available)
• Current driver's licence
• Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
• Reliability and punctuality
• Good time management skills
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Resume with 3 recent referees
