With over 20 years of experience, AR Developments has been developing communities across Brisbane with modern, turnkey townhouses designed for families and property investors. As a vertically integrated business, we manage the entire process, from development through to construction.

Our current townhouse development is located in Ripley,with upcoming developments in the Springfield and Logan Reserve areas. These projects extend beyond 2029, so you can be assured of job security

• Residential Plumbers
• Landscapers / Landscape Leading Hands
• Civil Plumber/Drainers
• Carpenters
• Painters
• Trade Assistants

The Person

We need you to have:

• Valid Australian working rights (Including Working Holiday Visas)
• A White Card
• A Driver's Licence
• Relevant qualifications and/or experience for the role you are applying for
