About the Role

As part of our retail team, you'll help customers discover the best beauty products, maintain a beautiful store presentation, and deliver an excellent shopping experience.

This casual role suits someone who:

What You'll Do

  • Be proactive, team-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Arrive on time and manage travel so you're always punctual
  • Assist the store manager to complete daily tasks efficiently
  • Communicate confidently with customers and provide helpful service
  • Follow company procedures and maintain high standards in store operations
  • Provide friendly and professional service to every customer
  • Assist with restocking, merchandising, and maintaining displays
  • Handle POS transactions and support the team during busy hours

What We're Looking For

  • Previous retail or beauty sales experience preferred
  • Availability to work weekends, late nights, and public holidays during the Christmas period
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and passion for K-Beauty

Job Details

  • Position: Casual Retail Sales Assistant
  • Location: Canberra Centre
  • Period: November 2025 – Feb 2026 (Christmas casuals, with possible ongoing role)
  • Rate: Competitive casual pay + staff discounts on all beauty brands(Geneal retail awards, junior rate apply)
