About you:

  • Qualified Registered Nurse, AHPRA registered, with a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
  • Proven leadership experience within aged care and residential settings
  • Solid understanding of accreditation, compliance and aged care quality standards
  • Ability to motivate, develop, and mentor clinical and care teams—strong communicator and role model
  • Driven by compassion, quality, and the desire to enrich residents' lives and inspire colleagues
