Bayside Construct Pty Ltd delivers residential and commercial building projects across Australia. We're seeking reliable General Workers to keep our construction sites safe and organised.
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated General Workers to support various construction projects. No two days are the same—you'll assist skilled tradespeople, help with site preparation, and ensure that our worksites stay safe and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move construction materials.
- Prepare and clean job sites before and after projects.
- Assist carpenters, laborers, and other trades as required.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous construction or general labor experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn.
- Dependable and punctual.
