What you'll do
Oversee daily site operations, coordinating all activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. You'll be the go-to person for all site-related queries, ensuring building authority regulations are met and maintained.
Manage performance of workers and subcontractors, resolve issues, and keep everything running smoothly. You'll work across multiple sectors, from high-end commercial and industrial projects to retail, education, healthcare and hospitality, giving you diverse project exposure and continuous learning opportunities.
What you'll need
- Cert III in Carpentry and Joinery
- Cert IV in Building and Construction (favourable but not essential).
- Experience delivering projects valued up to $15m in the commercial construction industry.
