We specialize in providing high-quality uniforms and branded merchandise to businesses, trades, schools, and sporting teams. Our services include embroidery, vinyl heat transfers, screen printing, and a wide range of promotional merchandise.

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating and following up on new and existing sales leads.
  • Preparing and following up on quotes.
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, web, email, and walk-ins.
  • Assisting with in-store sales and building relationships with both new and returning clients.
  • Fostering positive relationships with our valued customers.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients in person, over the phone, through written communication, and during walk-ins.
  • Strong reading and comprehension abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and social media platforms.
  • Experience with Canva, CorelDRAW, POS systems, and EFTPOS will be advantageous.
  • A proactive approach with a commitment to quality improvement.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • A team player who is happy to assist other departments when needed.
  • Ability to multitask during busy periods.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality.
