MustCare Vet Centres is seeking an experienced Business Manager to oversee performance and operations across our four Brisbane clinics.

This is a strategic, results-focused leadership role where you'll work closely with the owners and Operations Coordinator, guiding and supporting Clinic Coordinators in each site to achieve strong business outcomes and uphold our high standards of care.

Our clinics are well-established, with dedicated teams and loyal client bases.

Your focus will be on aligning operations, optimising performance, and ensuring that each clinic has the structure, systems, and support it needs to thrive.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Oversee operational and financial performance across all four clinics
• Monitor key business and client care metrics, identifying trends and opportunities
• Work with Clinic Coordinators to ensure consistency, efficiency, and accountability
• Manage budgets, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports for leadership
• Lead the implementation of strategic projects and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Partner with owners on growth and development initiatives

About you:

• Proven experience in business management within veterinary, healthcare, or multi-site service industries
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with budgets, KPIs, and data analysis
• Skilled in leadership, with the ability to influence, support, and develop others
• Excellent communication skills, able to build trust across multiple teams
• A collaborative, proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement

Pay: $80,500.00 – $105,000.00 per year
